WHO WE ARE
Pathways Mediation Services began because our staff is completely convinced that facilitation and mediation can help solve conflicts before they reach a critical stage. Group facilitation, designed to provide ongoing skills in communication and problem solving, can begin working today in your organization. When conflictive situations do arise, mediation can oftentimes provide solutions outside of litigation. We specialize in the following areas: Home Owners Associations, Neighborhood Associations, Workplace Conflict, and Family Conflicts.
Home Owners Associations, by their very nature, oftentimes can produce areas of disagreement. Pathways can assist HOA’s and Neighborhood Groups in two ways. One is through our program Responsible Communities. The other is by helping resolve conflict through mediation before it escalates to civil litigation.
Pathways Mediation acts as facilitators for Community Conversations, a new proactive approach we are developing to explore ideas and attitudes of neighborhood groups and help people begin to learn how to listen to one another. Our goal is to generate a new awareness of the mutual responsibility of residents and Home Owner Boards necessary to achieve real community. Our program, Respsonsible Communities, is designed to create communication, common identity, and commitment to make community life more enriching to everyone.
Businesses, both employers and employees, sometimes encounter situations that seem to have reached an impasse. Pathways Mediation can provide the opportunity for all parties to seek real solutions. Facilitation services for business, government, or educational groups can help develop real communication before conflicts arise.

We also offer bilingual mediation services. More than ever, in today's world, conflicts can arise because of cultural differences. Bilingual mediations, for HOA's, Families, or Workplace conflicts offer both parties an opportunity to negotiate in a culturally appropriate manner.
