Pathways Mediation Services offers a subscription to Home Owners Associations and Businesses.  This subscription allows you to use our services at a greatly reduced rate. This can save you and your business or HOA money on conflict resolution and provides you with pro-active help in resolving situations before they reach the conflict stage.  Our services as facilitators in the Community Conversation process can also be included in the subscription.  Businesses, educational institutions, and government offices can greatly benefit from our subscription services.

 

The subscription provides a discounted mediation price. The annual subscription rate is only $100, 50% of which is refundable if there are no mediations during the one year subscription period. With a subscription, we offer the first mediation in each subscription year at $175 per party. This allows the recovery of the cost of the subscription with the very first mediation.  Subsequent mediations are also at a reduced rate for even greater savings.

 

Mediation Fees and Scheduling
Mediation fees are based on a fixed amount per party per day.  A mediation day usually begins at 9:30 a.m. and continues until completed.  An additional charge will be assessed if mediation continues past 7:00 p.m.   A working lunch is provided.
The mediation fee is based upon a sliding scale so that it is equally affordable to all parties in conflict.
